The System is
designed for institutional type installations such
as Banks, Post Offices, Government Departments, Travel
Ticket booking Centres, Hospitals etc
Upon entering
the premises, the customer takes, or is given, a numbered
ticket that guarantees
being served in sequence. They are now free to browse
in a relaxed frame of mind having been assured of
their turn; providing peace of mind to both customer
and staff.
When a member
of staff is ready to call a customer forward, they
press the push button at their desk/counter position
which increments the Indicator Panel to the next Ticket
Number with voice announcement.
Used in conjunction
with the various types of Indicator Panels, the display
enables the Ticket
Number with voice annoucement simultaneously on the
main/principal indicator panels, also to be repeated
at the desk/counter, thus assisting the customer to
proceed to the correct service point.
